Dun & Bradstreet - FDA DUNS Request

In support of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulatory guidance to industry for providing electronic submissions for Drug Establishment Registration and Drug Listing, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) is making available a new expedited DUNS Request Service.

Expedited DUNS Request Service

What is the expedited DUNS Request service?		Allows you to request D-U-N-S Numbers for your own business establishments or for your suppliers, U.S. agents, or importers.
How long does it take?		Request on a U.S. establishment Typically up to 10 business days Request on a non-U.S. establishment Typically up to 20 business days Some requests may require interaction with the local country registrar.
What does it cost?		$14.95 for each DUNS request (Credit Card Payment Required) plus applicable tax
